Are you interested in writing a cookbook, but don't know where to start? Did your agent or editor suggest that you find a writer or recipe editor for your cookbook or proposal? Have you finished your self-published cookbook manuscript, but want an experienced editor to look it over before you send the file to the printer? I love helping chefs, culinary professionals, and brands produce the cookbooks of their dreams. This can include any or all of the following tasks:

- Writing and/or editing proposals to send to agents
- Researching potential food photographers, food stylists, recipe testers, etc.
- Serving as a project manager to make sure all deliverables are submitted on schedule
- Coaching the author through the writing process
- Collaborating with the author as a writer, recipe editor, and/or recipe tester
- Editing the completed cookbook manuscript
